Band for weddings/celebrations

The Antler Ceilidh band has been performing for weddings, birthdays and other events throughout the south-west since 2017. Various lineups are available, from a trio to a full six-piece band. Ceilidhs (also known as barn dances) are great fun and suitable for all age groups. An experienced caller will always be on hand to guide participants through the dances - no previous dancing experience is required.

Lianne Vessier discovered her passion for singing at the tender age of 9, starting her musical journey with opera. Her talent quickly became evident, leading her to become a dedicated chorister for many years. Her remarkable voice and dedication to her craft earned her a prestigious scholarship to Wells Cathedral School.
Lianne's training in classical music laid a strong foundation for her versatile singing career. While she excels in classical and opera, her curiosity and love for music led her to explore the realms of jazz and musicals. This diverse repertoire allows her to bring a unique and captivating experience to her audience.

The Mangledwurzels are a 3-piece Scrumpy & Western band based in Somerset celebrating the works of Adge Cutler and The Wurzels. More than just a Wurzels tribute band, The Mangledwurzels play Wurzels songs, old and new, blended with self-penned titles and pop standards 'Mangled' in true Wurzels tradition.

This a 5 piece covers band from Somerset play a wide range of songs spanning six decades - from the '60's to current day. They appeal to a wide range of ages and differing music tastes. Singer/Guitarist

Mike Bess is a solo vocalist/guitarist with a gravelly voice and a jazzy, bluesy guitar style and covers various genres with over 200 covers to perform. Mike has 4 solo albums of mainly original songs, two of which can be found on Spotify and YouTube.
Mike makes good use of a simple loop pedal as a live bass/percussive accompaniment, allowing him to create a more band like sound. This also sets up more of a groove that audiences like to feel in the music which can often be missing from a solo performance. This is all done live (no backing tracks!).

The Old Dogz are ex-professional musicians who came together for a one off 60s charity gig.
Their performance was so successful that they decided to stay together and continue playing the music they love.
Based in Somerset, the guys have played all over the UK and abroad. Both individually and together they have performed with many well-know bands including The Rolling Stones, The Searchers, The Swinging Blue Jeans, The Tremeloes, Marmalade and Vanity Fair.
